Lead UX Designer & Graphic Designer
• Sole designer responsible for establishing the visual language, design system, and UX strategy for the entire product suite from scratch.
• Designed the end-to-end user experience for the customer-facing app, covering onboarding, discovery, and transaction flows.
• Led UX for the partner app, translating complex operational workflows into clean, usable interfaces for service partners.
• Architected and designed an internal Learning Management System (LMS) platform used for training and onboarding.
• Collaborated directly with founders and engineers to iterate rapidly on prototypes, conducting usability reviews and translating feedback into refined designs.
• Owned all deliverables from user research and wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff in Figma.
